► Societies' Standing
Societies' Standing is the meeting of representatives of every society. They happen once a month and every society must send at least one committee member to attend the meeting.
Societies' Standing is your committee's chance to find out what is happening and coming up, as well as your chance to make any issues your society might have known. It is also your chance to find out about applications made to society funds and to vote on how the funds are spent.
If you have an item you wish to add to the agenda for a Societies' Standing meeting then you will need to submit it at least 1 week in advance of the meeting. Agendas will be circulated at least 3 days before the meeting takes place and it is important that you read them and any attached documents so that you know what will be being discussed at the meeting.
