What is the Students' Union?

The Students’ Union exists ‘to unify, support, develop and represent the students of the University of Surrey’. This makes it the heart of student life at Surrey, with all of the Union’s activities such as sports clubs, societies, social events, campaigns and skill development programmes aimed at fulfilling this mission.
The Students' Union is not for profit, just for students. This means that all the profits from the Union outlets go straight back in to making your Students' Union and therefore your university experience better.
This site should give you, the student, a greater insight into how the Union works and how you can benefit from it. Remember, university life is not just about studying; it’s also about getting involved, meeting people and having fun!

What is the Students' Union doing for you at the moment?

Over the summer the Sabbatical team have been very busy sorting out Fresher's Week as well as preparing for the year ahead.

Where is the Students' Union?

The Students' Union building (Union House) is on Stag Hill, opposite Stag Hill Court Reception. It is signposted all around campus.
