Campaign Successes
All of our campaign groups at Surrey are working to make the University the best it can be - here's a selection of what they've acheived so far!

People and Planet
Last year, People and Planet Society led a number of activities and events on campus.
Having organised as a group, a member of Surrey People and Planet was elected to a role in Guildford Borough Council, and one to the national People and Planet Board of Trustees - one of the largest student networks of its type in the UK.
Surrey People and Planet have also hosted MEP Keith Taylor and campaigned for changes that have even made it into policy by the University's Sustainability Steering Group.
Surrey Dodgeball
This year, the Surrey Dodgeball Committe identified that fear of getting hit was reducing participation from women, so they've started a series of sessions specifically focussing on increasing female participation in Dodgeball and reducing this stigma. They'll also be organising events with LGBT+ Society and AutiSoc.
Living at the Limit
Last year, the Union released its housing manifesto, Living at the Limit, where we called for a range of improvements to the local housing market. Students highlighted a range of key issues which the Voice Zone is working to take forward working with officers from across the Union. Find out more!
